Our live chat feature allows you to communicate with our support team in real-time. When using our live chat service, we collect and process the following information:

  • fingerprintSession identifiers to maintain conversation continuity

infoData retention: Live chat conversations are retained for 90 days. After this period, conversations are automatically archived or deleted.

Your choices: You can request deletion of your chat history at any time by contacting us at privacy@talky.ca.
